If you are unhappy with any purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund. This applies to all our goods except DVDs, CDs, software, audio and video tapes where the item has been opened, self-assembly furniture once assembly is part or fully completed, and pierced earrings. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Returning an Item
Goods must be returned in pristine condition, complete with all contents and packaging.
Your order will arrive to you with a despatch note showing the details of your order. The back of the despatch note will have all the necessary information to proceed with a refund or exchange. Please indicate the reason for the refund or exchange, and the action you would like us to take for you (refund, replacement, or exchange for a different item). Should you no longer have the despatch note, please post the item to Returns Department, Norfolk Lavender c/o Webb Ivory DM, Spartan Road, Low Moor, Bradford, BD12 0RY. Please enclose your name and address details and reason for return inside the parcel and if you would like a refund or an exchange.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning goods to us unless the item is faulty or it was delivered to you in error. We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
Cancellations
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations gives you the right to a 'cooling off' period, i.e. a right to cancel your order within 7 working days following the day of receipt of the goods and return them for a full refund. This applies to all our goods except DVDs, CDs, Software, Audio Tapes and Video Tapes where the item has been opened. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax, letter or telephone. The goods must be returned in mint, saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
